Disabled policy.

The festival is held on our farm and during the year the land is used for grazing animals.

There is a lot of grassland that may become difficult if it rains, but we want our event to be enjoyable for everyone so we have tried our best to make the whole festival as accessible as we can.

The festival arena is a large rectangular field with the entrance gate at one end and a slight slope to the main stage at other end (we only have one stage). Food, bar, merchandise, market stalls and other facilities are spread around the perimeter of the arena.

As there is a natural slope down to the stage we do not have a disabled viewing platform.

The Woodland Fringe can also be accessed by following a flat path with a slight slope towards the end.

The campsites and parking areas are also farmland used for grazing, so can be slightly sloping and uneven.

There are no hard or covered pathways in or around the arena or campsites.

There are wheelchair accessible toilets at locations throughout the festival site.

For anyone that is coming for the first time the very furthest you would walk is around 650 metres if you were in the very furthest part of the furthest mixed camping field.  
An average would be less than 300 metres.

There is a limited disabled camping area which is close to the arena entrance and is a reasonably flat walk. There is also a charging station for mobility scooters.

is essential as spaces are limited.

You can apply to camp if you are in receipt of DLA, PIP or can provide any evidence of your disability requirements, such as a hospital letter or digital communication from your NHS App.

Please note, this facility is available to people with permanent disabilities only so recent injuries, recent surgery or lower limb fractures etc will not qualify.

To pre-book camping, and a complimentary carer ticket if necessary, you will need to purchase your ticket, then contact Citizen Ticket info@citizenticket.co.uk with your evidence. If accepted, you will have Disabled Camping and/or Carer added to your account for scanning on arrival.

*Please note a Blue Badge is for parking only and cannot
be used as evidence for a camping ticket.

However, your Blue Badge will qualify you for our limited flat day parking area close to the arena. This also needs to be pre-booked in the same way, by purchasing your festival ticket and contacting Citizen Ticket info@citizenticket.co.uk with your Blue Badge details, so they can add Disabled Day Parking to your account.
