Bar Online Applications only - All other posts have been filled (thankyou)
Bar:
We are also looking for helpers to work behind the bar, who have preferably had previous bar work experience, although not essential as training will be given.
Your application to work at the New Forest Folk Festival will be online which is a straightforward procedure.
Please follow the link below:
Advice and Guidance:
The Eventree system manages the application forms, tickets, food vouchers and much more
Each applicant will create a unique login so that they can update their profile (much like Waitrose, Amazon, EBay etc)
If you work at other festivals that use the Eventree system you use the same login for all your festivals
Once you have created your account, your application form will be there to start, but if you run out of time there is an option to ‘save and log in another day’, before submitting.
There are some optional fields (shift partner etc) and some mandatory fields (name, email, phone etc)
Once you have completed the about you section, most parts are just yes/no buttons, with added text boxes if you need to give us more information
You must upload a recent photo of yourself at the photo ID section.
When we ask for shift times you can either select Yes, and we will select your 4 time slots for you.
Or select No, and you will see a drop down list of shifts – Click the ones YOU CANNOT DO and if at all possible we will avoid those in our allocation.
You will be unable to submit your form if any mandatory questions are left unanswered, and a warning box will highlight which sections needs attention.
Once your form is completed click the green submit button at the bottom.
When your form is received, we will check it through and send you a verification email to confirm your position.
Tickets and food vouchers will be sent out around 2 weeks before the festival.
